This is a beautiful townhouse in Victorian Village. We are looking for a roommate to take over one of our roommates lease who moved due to a new job. Currently we have recent OSU graduates (2019) and a doctoral (health profession) student living there. The rent for the room is $600 plus utilities. The room is a fair size with its own full bathroom. The house is right down the street from a bus stop, so there is easy access up to campus. The house is located right off 670, so you can get to just about anywhere in Columbus or the surrounding suburbs in about 20-30 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and consists mostly of responsibles, families, and graduate students. We are just down the street from Goodale park and just a couple blocks off the Short North. We are pretty laid back, but we like things clean and organized. We will occasionally have small gatherings of friends, but dont host any large parties. We do have a dog, which we were able to get a one time exception for from our landlord. The common areas consist of a living room, family room, and recently renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, etc. Everything is currently furnished except for the bedroom.
